Youth in Ministry - First Holy Communion/Confirmation Parents meeting dates


PARENT MEETINGS – FIRST HOLY COMMUNION / CONFIRMATION

Parents, whose children are in Grades 2 and 8 and who will be receiving these Sacraments at St. Joseph Parish this year, must attend the Information Sessions here at the church, as follows:
For First Holy Communion: Oct 16, 2012 – 7:30-8:30 pm
                                             Oct 30, 2012 - 7:30-8:30 pm

For Confirmation:              Oct 18, 2012 – 7:30-8:30 pm 
                                      Oct 25, 2012 - 7:30-8:30 pm 

REGISTRATIONS FOR THOSE RECEIVING SACRAMENTS IN 2013

Registration forms, for those who will be receiving the Sacraments of First Holy Communion and Confirmation this school year (in April/May 2013), have been sent to our parish schools.   Teachers will be sending the forms home with children for parents to fill out.   Please be aware of and note that these registration forms must be returned to the Parish Office by deadline date of: October 31, 2012. All latecomers will be invited to register for the next year 2013/14, no exceptions
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION CATECHISM CLASSES



Registration for children making their First Holy Communion (Gr. 2) or those wishing to continue learning about our Faith (Grs 3, 4) will take place Monday, September 24th. Those in: Gr. 2 (from 4:30- 5 pm); Gr. 3 (from 5-5:15pm) and Gr. 4 (from 5:15 – 5:30pm).  Classes will begin October 1st and be held every Monday from 4:30 to 6:00 pm.



CONFIRMATION CATECHISM CLASSES…


…for children attending public/private schools who are in Grade 8 will once again be offered in our Parish and will commence in November.   Please contact the Parish Office to register.
